Registration numbers for selected town

Add support to only show the registration numbers for the town selected. One town can be selected at a time. Make sure that all registration numbers can be displayed again.

Tip: You will need to extend your HTML Form to include radio buttons. A new value will be sent to your back end. Your backend should use this value to filter your list of registration numbers and then only display the matching numbers.
